Description
As a polycarbonate-based material, PC-FR meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardancy standard and features excellent toughness, strength, and thermal resistance. The filament enables new use cases across the automotive, rail, and aerospace sectors. FR/PC outperforms PC with 2–3 times higher fatigue strength and up to 6-8 times greater resistance to stress cracking. It also provides 10–20℃ higher thermal resistance and a reduced coefficient of linear expansion (1.6–2.4×10-6m/℃), making it ideal for thermal-resistant mechanical applications.
